Our Policies

These guidelines keep appointments running smoothly and ensure every client—and partner—enjoys the signature LashDiary experience. Reach out if you have any questions or need clarification.

Cancellations

  • Deposits are strictly for securing your booking and cannot be refunded under any circumstance. Your deposit secures your appointment and blocks the calendar just for you.
  • Cancel at least 72 hours before your appointment and we’re happy to move your deposit to a new date.
  • Need to cancel inside the window? You can reschedule the next available slot.

Rescheduling

  • You can reschedule from your confirmation email up to 72 hours before the appointment.
  • Inside the 72-hour window, kindly contact LashDiary directly so we can review availability.
  • Each reschedule is subject to the same deposit and cancellation conditions.

Deposits & Payments

  • A 30% deposit secures every appointment. The balance is paid in-studio after your service.
  • Deposits cannot be refunded under any circumstance. They can be applied to a new date when you reschedule within our policy window.
  • If you can’t make it, gift the slot to someone you love—just let us know so we can greet them properly.

Referral Rewards

  • Existing clients can share their LashDiary referral code for 10% off with friends.
  • When your friend attends, you receive 10% off your next appointment automatically—no need to request it.
  • Each referral code is single-use per friend to keep rewards meaningful for everyone.

Returning Clients & Rebooking

  • Rebook within 30 days of your last completed, paid appointment to receive a 12% loyalty discount on your next service.
  • Rebook between 31 and 45 days after your last paid appointment to receive a 6% loyalty discount.
  • Loyalty discounts apply only to full sets—fill/infills are excluded from rebooking rewards.
  • Bookings placed 46 days or more after your last paid appointment do not include a loyalty discount, but once that service is completed and paid we reset the clock for future rewards.
  • Loyalty discounts apply only to services that have been completed and marked paid in full, and they cannot be combined with promo codes or referral offers.

Partner Referrals

  • Partners earn the commission set on their onboarding record for each referral after the service is completed and paid in full.
  • Payouts are processed at the end of the month after the code validity period closes, once the client has been successfully serviced.
  • You’ll receive automatic updates when a client uses your code and when an eligible commission is marked paid.

Frequently Asked Questions

With proper care, lash extensions typically last 2-4 weeks. Regular fills every 2-3 weeks help maintain fullness and keep your lashes looking perfect.

Classic lashes involve one extension applied to each natural lash for a natural, everyday look. Volume lashes use multiple ultra-fine extensions to create a fuller, more dramatic appearance.

Crying can mess with your lash retention in the first 24 hours, so keep the emotional romcoms and tear-jerker animal videos on pause for a minute. It’s a small heartbreak, but your lashes will thank you. If you do slip and get a little weepy, just wash your lashes afterward and you’re good. Same deal with swimming in the ocean, rinse off that salt water once you’re out. The goal is clean lashes and strong retention.

If you get lash extensions wet in the first 24 hours the eyelash extension glue bond may be weakened. Usually, when adhesive becomes compromised, lash retention becomes poor, so make sure to avoid steamy showers, going to the pool or steam room etc, just for the first day.
